Service Description
A little bit different to the normal Pilates sessions, we move through a series of bodyweight exercises to build leg and upper body strength, the use of light hand weights are optional and will help to increase the heart rate adding more of of a cardio element to the sessions. We focus on balance and always add in some Pilates mat time. for core strength. Classes take place at my home studio.

Cancellation Policy
Studio & Village Hall block bookings can be cancelled upto 24hrs before block start date, after that no refund or transfer can be given for the block. Missed classes can be caught up at another venue, space permitting. Anyone missing a class is also entitled to access the on demand video library for 1 week if they can't catch up elsewhere, please let us know if you'd like to do that. Classes cancelled due to extreme weather including floods and snow will be offered online via zoom or rescheduled. Drop in classes - refundable upto 24 hours in advance Online Zoom classes: Can be cancelled upto 24hrs before start time, after that the class can be carried over once. Privates/1:1s/Small groups - Must be cancelled 24hrs in advance for a refund - Time changes 12 hours in advance subject to availability. Saturday Social - Cancellation available upto 14 days before for a full refund, less than 14 days no refunds given.
