Cancellation Policy

Real life Class- Studio & Village Hall block bookings can be cancelled upto 24hrs before block start date, after that no refund or transfer can be given for the block. Missed classes can be caught up at another venue, space permitting. If the venue has to close due to Covid then the rest of the classes will be offered via zoom. Anyone missing a class is also entitled to access the on demand video library for 1 week if they can't catch up elsewhere. Classes cancelled due to covid lockdown or extreme weather including floods and snow will be offered online via zoom. Drop in classes - refundable upto 24 hours in advance Online Zoom classes: Can be cancelled upto 24hrs before start time, after that the class can be carried over once. Privates/1:1s/Small groups - Must be cancelled 24hrs in advance for a refund - Time changes 12 hours in advance subject to availability. Saturday Social - Cancellation available upto 7 days before for a full refund, less than 7 days no refunds given.
