Service Description

Online class with a bit of a difference, I'll be demonstrating exercises when needed but. mostly keeping an eye on you, guiding you and offering tips, modifications, progressions when I think you need them. The class. will be delivered via zoom, recoded, and you'll have access to the recording for 1 week, to repeat or catch up on if you missed it 👍

Cancellation Policy

Real life Class- In Studio Block bookings can be cancelled upto 24hrs before block start date, after that no refund or transfer can be given for the block. Missed classes can be caught up at another venue, space permitting. If the venue has to close due to Covid then the rest of the classes will be offered via zoom. Anyone missing a class is also entitled to access the on demand video library for 1 week. Classes cancelled due to covid lockdown or extreme weather including floods and snow will be offered online via zoom. Online Zoom classes can be cancelled upto 24hrs before start time, after that the class can be carried over once. Privates - Must be cancelled 24hrs in advance for a refund - Time changes 12 hours in advance subject to availability.
