I have been teaching Matwork Pilates for over 10 years and Reformer Pilates for 4 years.
Sessions are taught both in The Studio and the local Village Hall in Llanfechain. I'm also available for small private groups for upto 8 people at The Studio and larger groups at a place to suit.
Reformer Classes now available with a maximum of 4 people or private 1:1 or 2:1s if preferred.
