to Becca Louise Pilates

Thankyou so much for visiting my website, I'm really excited to share my passion for Pilates with you either online or in person......

I have been teaching Matwork Pilates for over 10 years and more recently started to teach Reformer Pilates. I'm dedicated to teaching good efficient movement and encouraging people to move well. 
I'm certified through BASI Pilates, and my classes are more dynamic in style, integrating functional movements for a more intense flow. 

Sessions are taught online via zoom and out and about locally in and around Llanfechain Village.

Private 1:1 Reformer sessions are available at my home in Llanfechain Mid Wales.

Classes return for a 5  week block on Mondays - £40.50

And a 6 week block Tuesdays - £48.50
