Online Classes and Pre recorded videos
Anyone wishing to take part in these exercise and fitness sessions – whether live or pre-recorded instructional video – must adhere to the following terms:
Anyone taking part in Pilates does so at their own risk.
Rebecca Jones does not accept any responsibility for any individual nor group of individuals, who may be participating in Pilates.
To take part in Pilates, you must be in good physical health. If you’ve been told on health or medical grounds that you should not take part in physical activity and sport, then you won’t be able to join in with this exercise and fitness sessions.
Class levels vary, you should be aware and responsible of your own body and its capabilities during Pilates sessions. You should pick a pre recorded session accordingly and modify when necessary.
To perform this activity in a safe way, you must make sure that the area you use is suitable.
The area must be:

a flat surface
-
clear of any obstacles
-
spacious enough for the type of activity
By taking part in this exercise and fitness session – whether live or pre-recorded instructional video – you agree to the above terms and conditions.

Membership Terms
​
The 7 day free trial commences when you have booked the membership, if you do not cancel before the 7th day, the payment will automatically be taken from your account, you'll receive a notification at the end of the trial.
You have the right to cancel at any time, please contact Rebecca via the website or email beccalouies.pilates@yahoo.com with your request to cancel the membership.
As a member you have access to any of the zoom classes and all of the class recordings.
You do not have access to classes run separately to the website ie. real life classes, Extra payment is required to attend these.

Village Hall And Studio Classes
​
A block of 6 0r 4 classes can be cancelled upto 24 hours before the first class of the block, a full refund will be given. After this time no refund will be given for any missed classes during the block.
Classes can be caught up elsewhere in other village halls.
Classes cancelled due to a lockdown and venue closure will be taken online.
Classes cancelled due to extreme weather causing dangerous travel conditions will be taken online, eg, floods and snow.
Classes cancelled due to instructor illness will be refunded or rescheduled.
