Service Description
Class passes can be used for any of the classes on any day once purchased. This will be a mixed group class , For the first few sessions we'll be going over the basics so beginners welcome however the sessions are not suitable for anyone with injuries or pregnant, contact Rebecca to discuss further if you're unsure. Classes will run as a trial and could be subject to change at short notice. Prices and plans are introductory and subject to change from April.

Cancellation Policy
Punctuality - Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time. Cancellations: I know plans sometimes change, but if you need to cancel please do so 48 hours in advance of the session start time to allow for other clients to take the space. No refunds will be given if it's within 24 hours unless the space is filled. NB Classes will run on a trial basis and could be subject to change at short notice. Current prices are introductory and subject to change from April 2026
