This will be a mixed group class , Beginners welcome but not suitable for anyone with injuries, contact Rebecca to discuss further. Classes will run as a trial and could be subject to change at short notice.

Cancellation Policy
Punctuality - Please arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time. Cancellations: I know plans sometimes change, but if you need to cancel please do so 48 hours in advance of the session start time to allow for other clients to take the space. No refunds will be given if it's within 24 hours unless the space is filled. NB Classes will run on a trial basis and could be subject to change at short notice. Current prices are introductory and subject to change from April 2026
